Health Insurance for Women and Children

Khawla Qassem, director of the health sector at the Free Woman Foundation, explained that the "Ari" Hospital, which was inaugurated in 2020, consists of three main departments: women's clinics, children's clinics, and the alternative medicine department, which includes an integrated unit for physical therapy.

She noted that the hospital provides its services at symbolic prices and periodic examinations distributed throughout the week, at a rate of three days for women and three days for children, with medicines provided at subsidized prices, alongside organizing nursing courses and awareness seminars on maternal and child health.

She pointed to the remarkable turnout of women at the physical therapy department, confirming the endeavor to revive the historical legacy of women and their pioneering role as doctors since ancient times. She directed a call to humanitarian organizations to provide medicine support to the hospital, in light of the difficult economic conditions the region is experiencing.
