Children celebrate Newroz in Tell Tamer, Aleppo
Children gathered in Tell Tamer and Aleppo, NE Syria, to celebrate Newroz. Children had an enjoyable day at the celebrations organized by the Hilala Zêrin Movement.
Tell Tamer/Aleppo- On March 28, an event called “Newroza Zarokan (Children’s Newroz)” was held in northeastern Syria by the Hilala Zêrin Movement.
The children living in the Tell Tamer town of Hasakah gathered at the Ednan El Maliki School to celebrate Newroz.
The children living in Aleppo came together in the Sheikh Maqsood neighborhood to celebrate Newroz.
After the speeches of the representatives of the Hilala Zêrin Movement, the children’s choir and Kulilken Efrine (A children’s musical group) took to the stage. Children danced and sang songs during the celebrations.
