News Center- A 35-day baby froze to death in the Gaza Strip, increasing the number of babies freezing to death in Gaza to eight, the Palestinian Health Ministry said in a statement on Monday.

The ministry identified the newborn baby as Yousef Ahmad Kalloub, who “lost his life due to the harsh winter cold” in the Gaza Strip, stressing that at least eight Palestinian babies have now died from hypothermia.

17,818 children killed

At least 45,805 Palestinians, including 17,818 children and 12,287 women, have been killed and 109,064 others injured in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, the ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
