Three women journalists arrested in Iran

One of the three journalists, who were taken into custody in Iran, has been sent to prison, two have been taken to an undisclosed location.

News Center- Three women journalists were taken into custody in Iran in two days. On November 13, the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran raided the home of journalist Shaqaiaq Moradi. After the search of her home, she was taken into custody. Shaqaiaq Moradi was then taken to a prison.

 On November 11, Nasim Tavafzadeh, editor-in-chief of Moroor news site, and environmental journalist Helaleh Natigeh were in house raids conducted by the security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The authorities have refused to give their families any information regarding their whereabouts or the charges they face.
