Riha - The sit-in protest held in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were murdered in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in the Suruç district of Urfa province on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar has entered its 486th day. Today, Emine Şenyaşar did not come in front of the courthouse to hold the protest due to her health problems while her son Ferit Şenyaşar came in front of the courthouse in the morning to demand justice for their murdered relatives.

Yesterday, a cardiologist at Konya City Hospital was killed while on duty in an armed attack. Today, the Şenyaşar family posted on their social media account under the #konyasehirhastanesi (Konya City Hospital) hashtag and wrote, “In 2018, three citizens were murdered at the SURUÇ STATE HOSPITAL. This incident did not become the main topic in the country because it took place in Urfa. The attack in the hospital is an inhuman practice. Shame on those who remain silent against the persecution."
