HRANA: 53 killed and injured in Tehran in the Past 24 Hours

According to a report by the HRANA News Agency, Tehran witnessed violent attacks over the past 24 hours that left 53 people killed and injured, while the total death toll since the start of the assaults has risen to 1262.

A report issued by HRANA News Agency stated that the past 24 hours witnessed a heavy toll of victims, with 53 people killed of injured, including both civilians and military personnel. According to the report, an attack that occurred on Wednesday, March 10, at an intersection on Resalat Expressway in the capital Tehran resulted in many civilian casualties, in what has been described as one of the deadliest attacks in recent weeks.

The report explained that at least 17 civilians were killed, while 19 others were injured with varying degrees of severity in the initial moments following the attack. It also noted that eight additional deaths were recorded as a result of other attacks during the same period. However, the identities of these victims—whether civilians or military personnel—have not yet been confirmed, as investigations continue to determine the circumstances surrounding the incidents.

The report also included broader statistics on human losses since the beginning of the attacks, indicating that the total number of deaths has reached 1,262 people. Among these victims were at least 200 children, highlighting the scale of suffering endured by the most vulnerable groups. The report also documented the deaths of 190 soldiers during the same period, while the identities of 335 of the dead remain under verification due to difficulties in obtaining accurate information amid complex security conditions.
