Pervin Buldan holds phone call with Rakel Dink: This decision has hurt all of us
HEDEP Van MP Pervin Buldan held a phone call with Rakel Dink after the release of Ogün Samast, the killer of Hrant Dink. In the phone call, Pervin Buldan said that they stand with her.
News Center- Ogün Samast, who killed Agos newspaper's editor-in-chief Hrant Dink in front of the newspaper building on 19 January 2007, was released from prison on Wednesday. Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (HEDEP) Van MP Pervin Buldan called Rakel Dink after the release of Ogün Samast.
“We never accept this unfair decision that encourages killers. This decision has hurt not only you and your family, but all of us,” Pervin Buldan told Rakel Dink.
‘We have a common pain’
“I am very grateful. We have a common pain. You also have experienced the same pain. That's why we understand each other. I have no doubt that you stand with me, I feel it,” Rakel Dink told Pervin Buldan in the phone call.
