People cannot access to medicine in Kermanshah

A citizen living in Rojhelat’s Kermanshah city shared a video on social media, saying that people cannot find medicines they need in the pharmacies of the city and that there is a medicine shortage in the city.

Kermanshah-Due to the sanctions imposed on Iran, many sectors face difficulties in serving the public. One of these sectors is the healthcare sector.

While the people pay the price of the wrong economic policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, they also suffer from unemployment and poverty. The suffering of the citizens have doubled due to the sanctions imposed on Iran. The people of Iran and Rojhelat are unable even to meet their basic needs.

A citizen living in the Kermanshah city of Eastern Kurdistan (Rojhelat) shared a video on social media, emphasizing that they cannot find medicines they need in the pharmacies of the city. Pointing out that the doctor prescribed some allergy medicines; however, she could find them although she visited all pharmacies in the city. In the video, the citizen said, “The pharmacy technicians told me that these medicines have not been brought to the country since last year and that I cannot find them.”
