“The resistance of mothers will go down in history”
Recalling the tent protest of the mothers to take back their children’s bodies, Newroz Mislim told us that the protest lasted more than 100 days. “The resistance of mothers will go down in history,” she said that the mothers will not take a step back until they take their children’s bodies.
“The Kurdish question must be solved as soon as possible”
Stating that the KDP doesn’t give the bodies because they are afraid, Xezal Şex Mihemed said, “Mothers will not stop until they receive the bodies of their children and will continue to protest the KDP. The KDP's cooperation with the Turkish state causes the fight between siblings. We should unite against dirty plans to put an end to this brutality. If we don’t stand against these plans, we will always be killed. Unity is very important in this process and the Kurdish question must be solved as soon as possible. If it isn’t solved, the mothers will continue to suffer.”
