Israel-Iran conflict enters 4th day: Death toll rising
The conflict between Israel and Iran has entered its fourth day amid rising death toll.

News Center- The Iran-Israel conflict that broke out after Iran responded to Israel's “Rising Lion” operation targeting Iran's nuclear facilities on Friday has entered its fourth day.
At least 224 people have been killed and more than 1,200 people have been injured in Israeli strikes since Friday, Iran's health ministry said late on Sunday, adding that some 90% of these are civilians.
Iran’s foreign ministry has challenged Israel’s characterization of what it has described as ‘surgical’ strikes in Tehran, saying that many women and children have been killed in residential areas.
‘Tehran residents will pay the price’
“Tehran residents will pay the price soon,” Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz said in a statement after Iranian missiles struck Israeli cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa early Monday.
Iran launched a new wave of missile attacks on Israel early Monday, hitting Tel Aviv and the port city of Haifa, where fires were seen burning at a power plant. At least five people have been killed and dozens more have been injured in Iran’s missile attacks on Israel on Monday, according to Israeli emergency services.
Iranian state media officially confirmed on Sunday that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ intelligence (IRGC) chief, Brig. Gen. Mohammad Kazemi and his deputy Hassan Mohaqiq and IRGC intelligence officer Mohsen Bagheri were killed in Israel’s strikes.
