Female prisoners put in solitary confinement for singing in Kurdish

Four female prisoners in the Patnos L-type Closed Prison have been put in solitary confinement for singing in Kurdish and practicing Kurdish dance.

Four women held in the prison have been reportedly put in solitary confinement for singing in Kurdish and practicing Kurdish dance. The families of Zozan Kabişen and other three women say that the women have been held in solitary confinement for a week and they have not received any information about them since then.

The Patnos L-Type Closed Prison was previously brought to agenda for torture and rights violations against prisoners by press outlets.
