Art student prevented from taking exam at Tehran University

The United Students Telegram channel announced on Wednesday that Tehmina Mahdian, a student at Tehran university of Art, was prevented from taking the semester exam.

News Center- The Iranian authorities have increased their crackdown on university students in recent days. The United Students Telegram channel announced on Wednesday that Tehmina Mahdian, a student at Tehran University of Art, was prevented from taking the second semester exam.

According to the channel, on January 15, the university authorities took the exam paper of Tahmineh Mahdian and forcibly took her out of the examination room without any notification.

Tehmina Mahdian was previously suspended from university for four semesters by the disciplinary committee of Tehran University of Art for participating in the nationwide protests in Iran.
