13,430 children killed in Israel’s attacks on Gaza since Oct.7

13,430 Palestinian children have been killed in Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, the Gaza Media Office said in a statement on Monday.

13,430 Palestinian children and 8,900 Palestinian women have been killed in Israeli strikes targeting “defenseless Palestinian people, civilians, children and women” since October 7, 2023, the media office said on Monday.

 ‘7,000 people are still under the rubble’

Pointing out that Israel’s attacks on Gaza have entered their sixth month, the statement said that 7,000 people, 70 percent of whom are women and children, are still under the rubble or missing. At least 30,534 Palestinians have been killed and 71, 920 Palestinians have been injured in Israel’s attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023, the statement said.

364 healthcare workers and 132 journalists killed

At least 364 healthcare workers and 48 civil defense crews have been killed in Israel’s attacks, according to the statement. The statement also said that 132 journalists were killed in Israel’s attacks on Gaza.

 ‘People in Gaza are hungry’

Pointing out the famine suffered by the Palestinian people, the media office warned that the famine had become even worse after the flour, rice and grain, as well as the animal feed that the people had to eat, were run out.

“116 Palestinians were killed and 700 were injured by Israeli forces while waiting for food aid in Gaza. At least eight people were killed and several others injured in an Israeli strike on a truck distributing aid donated by Kuwait in central Gaza,” the statement said.

19 war crimes committed by Israeli forces

“19 war crimes have been committed against the Palestinians by Israeli forces. A genocide has been committed in Gaza,” the statement added.

 Call on international organizations

The US administration, the UN Security Council and the international community are responsible for Israel's genocidal war against the Gaza Strip and the failure to stop this war, the media office said in the statement. It also called on international organizations to “put pressure on Israel to stop its genocidal war against civilians, children and women in the Gaza Strip.”
