Deir ez-Zor- Xitem Hedo, a member of the Women’s Committee of the Hajin People’s Assembly in NE Syria, said that Turkey aims to create chaos among the Syrian people by trying to settle Syrian refugees living in Turkey in the areas occupied by Turkey. Underlining that Turkey aims to occupy NE Syria and change the demographic structure of the region, Xîtem Hedo thinks that the reason for the deportation of many refugees living in different cities of Turkey is Turkey’s plans. “The areas occupied by Turkey are not safe areas because Turkey aims to use the armed and paramilitary groups in the occupied areas to destroy security and stability in the future.”

“Syrians will pay the price”

Emphasizing that there is a deal in the background of the Syrian crisis, Xîtem Hedo said, “Turkey plans to expand its hegemony and occupation on Syrian territories, it aims to start wars and conflicts and the Syrians will pay the price for the plans of Turkey.”

“No country has the right to interfere in Syria’s internal affairs”

Pointing out that Turkey's project will have serious consequences in the region, such as the return of ISIS terrorism and brutality, she said, “Where are the international dynamics and actors, who see what is going on in the occupied areas? What is happening in the region shows us that there is a big deal in the background of the Syrian crisis. No country has the right to interfere in Syria's internal affairs.”

Xîten Hedo called on the international community and all states to push Turkey to get its hands off the region.
