HDP’s request for additional time accepted

Turkish Supreme Court accepts the request of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) for additional time to prepare its defense. The HDP has an additional 30-day period to submit its defense.

Ankara- Turkish Supreme Court accepts the request of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) for additional time to submit its defense. The indictment seeking the closure of the HDP was accepted by the court on June 21 and the HDP had two months to submit its defense.

HDP Law Commission applied to the Turkish Supreme Court to request an additional time to summit its defense.
