At least 39 people killed in Israeli strike on UNRWA school in Gaza
At least 39 people were killed in an Israeli strike early Thursday on an UNRWA school sheltering displaced Palestinians in central Gaza.
News Center- Israel launched a strike on a school run by the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees (UNRWA) in the Nuseirat refugee camp early Thursday, the Government Media Office in Gaza said in a statement.
The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the nearby town of Deir al-Balah received at least 27 dead and dozens of injured people from the strike, according to local health officials.
“The facility does not have the capacity for more patients. The hospital is already overflowing with wounded people, many of whom are being treated on the floor,” the Gaza’s health ministry announced on Tuesday.
