39-member delegation to arrive in Türkiye to ‘visit Abdullah Öcalan’
39 people from Europe will arrive in Türkiye today as part of the “I want to visit Abdullah Öcalan” campaign launched by the European Forum for Freedom and Peace (EFFP).

A delegation consisting of 39 people, including academics, politicians and journalists from European countries, will arrive in Türkiye to express their support to the process for the resolution of the Kurdish question and share their opinion.
On July 1, the 39-member delegation will first meet the Asrin Law Office, which represents Abdullah Öcalan. On the same day, the delegation will visit the Peoples’ Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) Istanbul Provincial Headquarters and then meet DEM Party Co-chair Tuncer Bakırhan.
On July 2, the delegation will hold a “Round Table” at a hotel in Istanbul to express their opinion on the resolution of the Kurdish question, and discuss how the international community can contribute to the process.
The delegation will leave Türkiye after publishing a joint declaration about their meetings.
