Tunisian MP Abeer Moussa attacked by male MPs

Abeer Moussa, the president of the Free Destourian Party in Tunisia, was subjected to male violence at the parliament and male MPs did nothing just watched the attack. Abeer Moussa shared a video and photos showing the attack on her social media account and wrote, “The Tunisian judiciary hasn’t done anything about the attack yet.”

Abeer Moussa, the president of the Free Destourian Party in Tunisia, was subjected to attack twice at the parliament and male MPs did nothing just watched the attack against her. Female MP shared a video and photos showing the attack by two male MPs on her social media account. “The speaker of the Tunisia Assembly Rached Ghannouchi gathered men together to prevent me from entering the Tunisian Parliament,” Abeer Moussa also announced that she doesn’t the attack personally and that she continues to work with great determination.

She called on the judiciary to do its duty

In her post, Abeer Moussa called on the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office to do its duty regarding the attack on her and she demanded the attackers be punished. “The Tunisian judiciary hasn’t done anything about the attack yet,” she wrote.
