Riha - The sit-in protest, also known as “Justice Watch”, started in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out on June 14, 2018, in the Suruç district of Urfa province by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, has continued on its 400th day.

“Release my son”

Stating that 15 investigations have been opened against her until now, Emine Şenyaşar said, “Release my son Fadıl. I am holding our protest and demand justice here while fasting. Emine Şenyaşar’s son Fadıl Şenyaşar has been held in prison for four years.

Until now, 15 investigations have been opened against Emine Şenyaşar on charges of “insulting”. Two of the 15 investigations have been merged.
