This attack was a terrorist attack. Everyone knows that the Turkish state supports terrorism. We want to prevent such attacks. The camp is a camp where civilians live and there are no soldiers.”
Call on the humanitarian aid organizations
Cihan Amir, a member of the Heyva Sor a Kurd office in the camp, drew attention to the situation of those injured in the explosion. “When the explosion occurred, we were working. After hearing the sound of the explosion, we went to the scene and helped the people. After the first medical treatment, we took the injured people to the hospital. The condition of the child was critical,” Cihan Amir said and called on the humanitarian aid organizations to protect the displaced people and raise their voices against the attacks on displaced people.
“What do they want from us?”
Emîna Elî Kinêhir (25) is one of the injured people in the explosion. Talking about the day when the explosion occurred, she said, “I was going to visit my mother along with my four children. When I was in front of the tent of my mother, an explosion occurred. I do not remember what happened then. I would like to thank the members of the Heyva Sor a Kurd for their help. We are displaced people, what do they want from us? They invaded our living spaces and now attack the camp we live in. I was injured in my leg, my condition is good. But the condition of the injured child is very bad.”
