Turkish court accepts indictment for Şebnem Korur Fincancı
The indictment prepared against Şebnem Korur Fincancı, president of the Turkish Medical Association, has been accepted by the Istanbul 24th High Criminal Court.
News Center- The indictment prepared by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Şebnem Korur Fincancı, president of the Turkish Medical Association, has been accepted by the Istanbul 24th High Criminal Court.
Professor Şebnem Korur Fincancı was arrested on October 27 and she has been accused of “making propaganda for a terrorist organization” for her statements on the alleged use of chemical weapons in the Kurdistan Region. The first hearing of the trial will be held December 23.
