10 women were killed by their husbands; two women were killed by their male relatives, two women were killed by men they knew, one woman was killed by her father and one woman was killed by her partner, one woman was killed by her ex-partner and one woman was killed by her ex-husband.

The report drew attention to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's “suggestions” for 30-year-old and single people;

“Stop trying to mess with our decisions under the name of suggestions, we will make our decisions. The duty of the authorities is not to mess with our choices, but to enforce the law and fulfill their responsibilities.”
