News Center- The death toll of the earthquakes that affected 11 cities in Turkey keeps rising. Süleyman Soylu, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Turkey announced today that the death toll has risen to 43,556, saying that he did not think that such an earthquake could be overcome by any country.

Although people criticize Turkish authorities for the late search and rescue efforts, Süleyman Soylu claimed that they had made preparations for the earthquake for a long time. “If Turkiye had not made such preparations for a long time, it (Turkiye) would be in a great chaos.”
