News Center- On Friday, hundreds of people in Bukan, a city in Iran’s West Azerbaijan province, gathered in front of the  governor’s office in the city to protest the rape and murder of a 7-year-old girl identified as Nian Chelabiani.

On January 17, Nian Chelabiani was taken to the Hospital of Bukan after being sexually assaulted and beaten by her stepmother’s brother. However, she died at the hospital.
