People of Serêkaniye condemn isolation, attacks

Hasakah - Serêkaniye Camp Martyrs’ Families Council has issued a statement condemning the aggravated isolation imposed on Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan and the ongoing Turkish attacks in the region with the participation of the displaced people of Serêkaniye (Ras al-Ayn) living in the Serêkaniye Camp and members of Peace Mothers.
“Isolation is an inhuman practice”
Nalîn Biro, a member of the Martyrs’ Families Council, read the statement. Indicating that they condemn the policies being carried out in Turkey’s prisons, she said, “The aggravated isolation imposed on leader Apo (Abdullah Öcalan) is an inhuman practice. The Turkish attacks in northeastern Syria and other Syrian regions are unacceptable.”
The statement ended after people shouted slogans.
