News Center- Narges Mohammadi, prominent Iranian human rights defender imprisoned in Evin prison, was beaten and insulted on Monday (September 11) by one of the officials at the infirmary of Evin prison for not complying with rules for dress code. After the incident, she was taken to a hospital. No information has been received about her health condition until now.

According to the received reports, although other officials of the prison witnessed that Narges Mohammadi was beaten and insulted, they did not do anything to prevent the official of the infirmary.
