Mahsa Shafiee transferred to Iran's Yasuj Central Prison
Mahsa Shafiee, sister of Nima Shafiee who was killed during the “Jin, Jiyan, Azadi” revolutionary uprising, has been reportedly transferred to Iran’s Yasuj Central prison after seven days in detention.

News Center- Mahsa Shafiee, sister of Nima Shafiee who was killed during the “Jin, Jiyan, Azadi” revolutionary uprising, was reportedly transferred to Iran’s Yasuj Central prison on Wednesday after seven days in detention.
24-year-old Mahsa Shafiee was arrested in a house raid on her parents’ home in Yasuj on July 17, 2025.
The reason for her arrest and the charges against her are still unknown.
Nima Shafiee, also known as Parsa, was killed by Iranian security forces in Yasuj during the “Women, Life, Freedom” uprising in 2022.
