Journalist Zeynep Durgut, who was detained in a police raid in Şırnak on February 14, has been released under judicial control.
News Center- Mesopotamia News Agency (MA) reporter Zeynep Durgut, who was detained in a police raid in Şırnak province on February 14 as part of an investigation launched by the Şırnak Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, was sent to the Şırnak Courthouse after being questioned at the Şırnak Provincial Security Directorate.
The Şırnak Criminal Court of Peace has ruled the release of Zeynep Durgut under judicial control.
During the testimony of journalist Zeynep Durgut at the Şırnak Courthouse, Dicle Fırat Journalists Association (DFG) Co-Chair Serdar Altan and many people waited in front of the courthouse to be in solidarity with the journalist.
After being released, Zeynep Durgut thanked everyone for their support and solidarity and she said, “I hope all jailed journalists to be released as soon as possible.”
