News Center- Etkin News Agency (ETHA) editor Pınar Gayıp has been sentenced to a year, two months and 17 days in prison on charges of “insulting public officials”.

The court ruled to defer the announcement of the verdict. Pınar Gayıp’s lawyer Özge Büşra Boyoğlu said that she would object to the prison sentence given to her client.
