News Center- Jinnews, an all-women news agency based in Amed (Diyarbakır), has released its November 2024 report on femicide in Türkiye by compiling news from local and national newspapers, news websites and news agencies. 31 women and one child were killed and 25 women and five children died under suspicious circumstances in November, according to the report.

 In November, 12 women were killed by their husbands, six by their estranged husbands, four by their sons, two by their ex-partners, two by their partners, two by foreign men, one by her ex-husband, one by her brother, the report said.

According to the report, seven women were killed in Istanbul, three in Ankara, two in Izmir, two in Dîlok (Antep), two in Bursa, two in Mersin, two in Antalya, one in Konya, one in Hatay, one in Adana, one in Amed (Diyarbakır), one in Kocaeli, one in Tekirdağ, one in Kırklareli, one in Sakarya, one in Aksaray, one in Iğdır and one in Niğde
