News Center-The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Sunday that 154 Iraqi families, comprising 582 people, formerly residing at the al-Hol camp were repatriated to Iraq. The press statement released by the CENTCOM said the families were escorted by Iraqi officials to the Jeddah-I rehabilitation center in Iraq.

“We commend the Syrian Democratic Forces who are securing the camp at al-Hol. As we continue to repatriate, rehabilitate, and reintegrate residents, that security is critical,” said General Michael "Erik" Kurilla, CENTCOM commander, in the press statement.

One of the most dangerous camps, al-Hol camp is located in the city of Hasakah, northeastern Syria. People from different countries, ISIS families and many Iraqi citizens stay in the camp now. The camp is controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces.
