Istanbul- In the morning, police raided many houses in Istanbul as part of an investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Many people, including the People's Democratic Party (HDP) Youth Assembly members and Democratic Modernity Journal employee Sema Korkmaz have been reportedly detained in the home raids.

 According to the received reports, the detained people have been taken to the Istanbul Security Directorate in Vatan Street and they are detained on charges of “membership in a terrorist organization”.

The names of some of detained people are: Sedat Uğraş, Muhammed Uğraş, Barış Ugun, Rojin Değirmenci, Osman Koçar, Serhat Yavaş, Sema Korkmaz.
