Health workers go on strike in Sanandaj

Health workers of the Sanandaj Hospital went on strike yesterday to demand their unpaid salaries.

News Center- The protests that started in Iran and Rojhilat following the killing of Kurdish woman Jina Mahsa Amini continue. Yesterday, nurses and employees of the Sanandaj Hospital went on strike to demand their two-month unpaid salaries and better working conditions.

The nurses and employees said that they could not benefit from health services because their health insurance has not been paid. The Health workers pointed out that the salary of Iranian regime police and security personnel have been increased, “But our salaries have not been increased for five years and our salaries haven’t been paid for two months. We demand our unpaid salaries and better working conditions.”
