Gendarmerie teams raided a house in İpekyolu district of Van province and detained a woman named Halime Kaval.

Van - Gendarmeries raided a house in the Yeni Neighborhood of Van’s İpekyolu district in the morning and detained a woman named Halime Kaval. Halime Kaval has been taken to the Van Provincial Gendarmerie Command while she has been banned from seeing her lawyers for 24 hours. The reason for her detention is still unknown.

Reports say Halime Kaval came from Hakkari province to Van city two days ago to visit her relatives.
