Riha- Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were killed in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack, have demanded justice for their killed relatives in front of the Urfa Courthouse for 220 days.

The family has held their sit-in protest at a place in front of the courthouse called, “Justice Corner of the Şenyaşar family.” The family has kept holding the protest without any banners because they were confiscated by police on the 200th day of the protest

The family posted the photos of their banners on their Twitter account and wrote, “Our struggle for justice in front of Şanlıurfa Courthouse continues on its 220 days. In spite of those who say that there is no justice in Turkey; we will resist and bring justice with solidarity.”
