Amed- The Diyarbakır 10th High Criminal Court has ordered the release of Jinnews reporter Beritan Canözer, who was detained on April 25 as part of an investigation launched by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and then sent to prison along with her four colleagues.

 The indictment prepared against the journalist on charges of “membership in a terrorist organization” as part of the investigation has been accepted by the Diyarbakır Public Prosecutor’s Office. After examining the indictment, the court ordered the release of the journalist under judicial control.

Journalist Beritan Canözer is expected to be released from prison today.
