Child shot by AKP’s supporters during ‘celebration’ for election results dies
14-year-old Kübra Çoban, who was shot in the head in Urfa during a celebration held after the presidential election, has died at hospital after 120 days.
News Center- After AKP’s President Tayyip Erdoğan won the presidential election, many AKP’s supporters took to the streets to celebrate the presidential election results in Riha (Urfa) on May 28, 2023. During the celebration, the AKP’s supporters fired their guns into the air. 14-year-old Kübra Çoban was shot in the head.
Being seriously injured, Kübra Çoban was transferred to the Urfa Training and Research Hospital. Yesterday, she passed away at the hospital after struggling for her life for 120 days. According to the received reports, Kübra Çoban will be buried today.
