Call on the Ministry of Justice and political parties

Pointing out that many prisoners have been secretly released while the sick political prisoners have not been released, Herdem Merwanî said, “The political parties waited for the start of the new legislative term of the parliament. Although the new legislative term started a month ago, this issue has not been put on the agenda of the parliament. The health conditions of the sick prisoners have been deteriorating every day.  Despite the reports saying they cannot stay in prison, they are not released. We demand the immediate release of the sick prisoners. The Ministry of Justice should release the sick prisoners and the political parties should do their part for the release of sick prisoners.”
