Şenyaşar family: This persecution must end

On the 679th day of their sit-in protest, the Şenyaşar family said, “The mother demands justice from the judiciary. This persecution must end now.”

Riha - The sit-in protest held in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, whose husband and two sons were murdered in the attack carried out by the relatives and bodyguards of AKP Urfa MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız in the Suruç (Kurdish: Pirsûs) district of Urfa province on June 14, 2018, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar continues on its 679th day.

The first hearing of the murder case will be held tomorrow

The first hearing of the trial of the massacre that took place at the Suruç State Hospital against the Şenyaşar family members will be held by the Malatya 5th High Criminal Court on January 17. In the massacre, Adil Şenyaşar, Celal Şenyaşar and Esvet Şenyaşar were murdered. Prison sentence is demanded against 19 defendants on charges of murdering Hacı Esvet Şenyaşar and Adil Şenyaşar and of injuring Ferit Şenyaşar and Mehmet Şenyaşar.
