Israel’s attacks on Gaza have entered their 45th day. 31 premature babies were evacuated from Gaza’s Al-Shifa hospital.
News Center- The Government Press Office in Gaza announced on Telegram that more than 13,000 Palestinians, including 5,500 children and 3,500 women, have been killed by Israel since October 7. 6,000 people have been reported missing; many are probably buried under the rubble.
60 Palestinian journalists killed
At least 60 Palestinian journalists have been killed by Israel since 7 October, according to the Government Press Office in Gaza. The office also shared the names of the killed journalists, including four women journalists.
31 premature babies evacuated
31 premature babies evacuated from Al-Shifa hospital, which is described as a “death zone” by the World Health Organization. 31 premature babies were taken to a hospital in Rafah, near the Egyptian border. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the WHO's director general, said Sunday that 31 “very sick” babies had been evacuated to southern Gaza in ambulances operated by the Palestine Red Crescent Society. “The mission took place under extremely intense and high-risk security conditions,” he said.
