Perisa Altun’s patisserie attracts attention

Perisa Altun, who moved to the Federal Kurdistan Region from Eastern Kurdistan four years ago, opened a patisserie. Her patisserie has attracted attention in a short time. “Women should believe in themselves,” she said.

Şarezûr- Perisa Altun, who moved to the Federal Kurdistan Region from Eastern Kurdistan with her husband four years ago, opened a patisserie in Said Sadiq, a city in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate. Those who taste her bakery products become her regular customers. Every day, Perisa Altun welcomes many people with a smiling face.

“Women should believe in themselves”

Stating that all her bakery products are daily products, Perisa Altun said that she tries to bake different bakery products. “I faced many difficulties when I opened the patisserie but we believed in ourselves. All the people living in the city come to our patisserie. We also receive orders from other cities. I am happy to do this job. Women should participate in the labor force. They should believe in themselves.”
