Halabja- Helale, who loves gardening and roses, turns her hobby into a business. She began to plant roses in milk cartons in 1995. Then, she increased both the number and size of the pots. Now, she looks after her roses in her garden in Halabja. “I love nature very much. The flowers make me happy,” she told us.
Helale told us how she plants seeds, “After filling the pots about halfway with soil, we plant seeds of flowers. My family helps me with the maintenance of the greenhouse. My son brings different rose seeds from Iran while my daughter helps me in filling the pots. Sometimes, we fill about 3,000 pots with soil and plant seeds in a day.”
The garden of Helale fascinates everyone seeing it. It offers a peaceful space for everyone.
