Women prisoners transferred to other prisons after being subjected to torture
Two of three women, who were subjected to “hogtie” torture in the Patnos L-type Closed Prison, have been transferred to other prisons.
News Center- Three women held in the Patnos L-Type Closed Prison, were subjected to “hogtie” torture on August 31. Two of them have been reportedly transferred to other prisons.
Mizgin Kayıtbey has been transferred to the Kayseri Bünyan Closed Prison while Lale Kabişen has been transferred to the Tarsus Women’s Closed Prison. According to the received reports, Nazlıcan Barışer, another woman who was subjected to torture, has been released from prison.
