Qamishlo

The march that started from Osman Sabri Crossroads to Martyr Rubar Crossroads in Qamishlo turned into a rally there. After a minute’s silence, Şaha Xelil, spokesperson of the Kongreya Star organization in Qamishlo, made a speech. Stating that women have always struggled against violence and demanded freedom, Şaha Xelil said that they will continue to struggle against five-thousand- old male mentality. “Women fighting ISIS showed their will. They created the revolution again with their will.”

Activities will be held until December 10

After the speech of Şaha Xelil, Ibtisam El-Huseyin, the manager of the Kongreya Star organization in Qamishlo, made a speech. Stating that their activities and protests starting on November 20 will continue until December 10.
