Two people killed in Turkish airstrike on Tishreen Dam identified

Two people, who were killed in a Turkish airstrike on the Tishreen Dam on Tuesday, have been identified.

News Center- Since December 8, 2024, the Turkish state and Turkish-backed factions have carried out attacks on the Tishreen Dam in northeastern Syria.

 On Tuesday, two people were killed and 21 others injured in a Turkish airstrike targeting civilians holding a vigil on the Tishreen Dam.

The Council of Martyrs’ Families in the Jazira Canton has shared the names of the two people killed in the airstrike.

 Their names are: Hezna Ebdê, member of the Women’s Civil Defense Forces (HPC-JIN) and Mihyedîn Hisên Umer, member of the Democratic Union Party (PYD).
