Turkish-backed factions seize houses of civilians in Serêkaniyê

News Center- Turkish forces and Turkish-backed factions have seized the houses and workplaces belonging to residents in Serêkaniyê (Ras al-Ayn), according to the Sêrekaniyê Committee on Migration and Displaced Persons.
At least 6,000 houses have been seized
Since Serêkaniyê was occupied by the Turkish state and Turkish-backed factions, more than 150,000 people have been displaced. According to the committee, at least 6,000 houses in the city have been seized by the Turkish forces and Turkish-backed factions.
Families of ISIS live in the seized houses
The committee says that the families of 55 ISIS members escaping from al-Hol Camp and the families of Turkish-backed factions from Homs, Daraa and Damascus have been settled in the seized houses. In addition, more than 200 shops in the city have also been seized by the Turkish forces and Turkish-backed factions.
