Syrian teen killed in racist attack in Antalya

17-year-old Ahmet Handan El Naif, a Syrian refugee working in Antalya, was stabbed to death.

News Center- Racist attacks against Syrian refugees that began in Kayseri after a Syrian national was accused of sexually harassing a girl have spread to many cities in Türkiye. 17-year-old Ahmet Handan El Naif, a Syrian refugee working in the Serik district of Antalya, was stabbed to death by three people on Tuesday at noon.

 According to the Graffiti News, Ahmet Handan El Naif was stopped by three motorcyclists while walking in the neighborhood at noon. He was first beaten by a motorcyclist and then stabbed to death. Three men identified as R.Ö., Y.Y. and İ.Ö. were detained following the incident.
