News Center- The General Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria held its 90th meeting at the building of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) in Raqqa on Tuesday to discuss the approval of the Social Contact. The presidential board of the General Council of the Autonomous Administration and representatives of the legislative councils from the seven regions attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the attendants discussed the Social Contract presented by the Social Contract Drafting Committee. Yasir El Silêman, Deputy Co-Chair of the General Council of the Autonomous Administration, read the 134 articles of the Social Contract one by one to be evaluated by the attendants.

At the end of the meeting, the General Council approved the Social Contract. The social contract will enter into force as of the release date.
