News Center — Testimonies are mounting about the transfer of detainees—particularly those who participated in the protests that Iran witnessed at the beginning of this year—to undisclosed locations, amid the absence of any official information about their legal status and the prevention of communication between them and their families.

Sara Rashidi Kashlanlu, 33 years old, a resident of Maku in West Azerbaijan Province, has been living in enforced disappearance since her arrest during the protests in Kermanshah, with no official information about her fate to date.

According to a report issued by the Human Rights Network of Kurdistan, she was arrested by the intelligence forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps without an arrest warrant in November/January 2026 while inside a car near Kermanshah during the protests.

Following her arrest, Sara Rashidi was transferred to a detention center belonging to the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Kermanshah. Since then, her family has not received any information about her condition or whereabouts.

The family has repeatedly contacted the security apparatuses and judicial authorities in Kermanshah over the past months, but they have not received any clear response regarding her fate. Now, more than seven months after Sara Rashidi's arrest and disappearance, concerns about her health condition have increased.
