More than 625,000 students deprived of education in Gaza
Over 625,000 students and 22,564 teachers have been deprived of education and a safe place for over three months in Gaza, said the joint statement released by UN agencies.

30 dead bodies and 50 injured people were transferred to the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis on Monday, according to reports. Yesterday, Israeli forces conducted raids in the cities and towns of the West Bank. Casualties were reported from some cities and towns when clashes broke out between Palestinians and Israeli forces. Israeli forces also conducted raids on Jenin refugee camp, arresting eight civilians and destroying houses.
At least nine were killed and 75 injured after two tank rounds struck a building sheltering 800 people in an UNRWA facility.

Over 625,000 students and 22,564 teachers have been deprived of education and a safe place for over three months, and thousands of learners and education personnel are amongst the more than 25,000 people who have reportedly been killed, said the joint statement released by UN agencies on January 24.
Death toll in Gaza rises to 25,700
The Israeli army killed 210 Palestinians and wounded 386 others over the past 24 hours, the Gaza’s health ministry said in a press statement. A number of victims are still under the rubble, and ambulances and the civil defense crew cannot reach them, the ministry added. At least 25,700 Palestinians have been killed, 63,740 have been injured in Israeli strikes on Gaza since October 7, 2023, the statement said.
